Succulent crayfish, aka New Zealand rock lobster, will be taking the spotlight at Cordis Hotel’s Eight Restaurant on Sunday evenings.
The restaurant is offering dinner guests half a premium crayfish, freshly prepared and served alongside its buffet offerings, at no extra cost as part of its new “Crayfish Nights” promotion.

“We’re excited to offer our guests something truly special,” says Volker Marecek, Executive Chef.
“Crayfish is a delicacy, and by including it as part of the standard Sunday dinner experience, we’re giving diners a chance to indulge without any added cost.”
The new promotion will start on the last Sunday of April and Marecek said the exclusive experience “adds a luxurious twist” to the interactive dining journey at Eight.

The restaurant is known for its eight international kitchens and expertly crafted dishes ranging from Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Italian and New Zealand offerings including an extensive dessert station.
The crustaceans are sourced locally from New Zealand waters, and the crayfish are celebrated for their delicate flavour and exceptional quality, Marecek said.
Crayfish Nights will run every Sunday night from 27 April, excluding Mother's Day, and will be available while stocks last.
