Eatropolis is coming to Auckland’s waterfront this Saturday, 10 October and it’s shaping up to be one very delicious day out.
There are few things Aucklanders take more seriously than good food. They love discovering a hidden gem, arguing over where to find the city’s best noodles, tacos or roti, and telling everyone about their restaurant discoveries.
So what happens when you take some of Auckland’s most exciting food spots, put them under one roof and tell everyone to come hungry?
Eatropolis.

Taking over Shed 10 at Queens Wharf on Saturday, 10 October 2026, this new food event from Chow Luck Club is bringing together more than 30 culinary and beverage partners for a full-on celebration of Auckland’s food culture.
One venue. A whole city of flavour.
Eatropolis is designed for grazing.
Think your way around the venue, stopping whenever something catches your eye. A plate of noodles here. A taco there.
The line-up already spans an enviable mix of Auckland food favourites, including GOAT by Sid Chopra, Nanam, Giapo, Roti Bros, Farm House Cafe, Eden Noodles Cafe, La Mexicana, Manaia Seafood Boil, Nanam, Selera, Super Shiok, Tinfeny’s, Treasure Kitchen, Uncle Man and Vie Cafe among them.

There’s everything from bak chor mee and bánh xèo to beef lok lak, carnitas tacos and butter chicken roti pie.
In other words: come hungry. Stay curious.
The $10 plate is the new tasting menu
One of the best things about Eatropolis? You don't need to commit to a three-course meal or a three-hour dinner reservation.
Signature dishes are priced at $10 a taster-size plate, giving you the freedom to try a little bit of everything. It’s the kind of format aimed at turning lunch into an adventure.

Eatropolis is about discovering something new, revisiting an old favourite and sharing food with the people around you.
Your next holiday could start at Eatropolis
There’s another reason to make sure you explore every corner of the event.
Head to the Singapore Airlines Experience Zone, where visitors will have the chance to win air tickets for two to travel to one of three seriously tempting destinations: Thailand, Japan or India.
So after working your way through Auckland’s culinary scene, you could leave Eatropolis with a whole new food adventure to look forward to.

Whether it’s the buzzing streets and legendary cuisine of Thailand, the extraordinary food culture of Japan or the spice-filled culinary journey of India, the prize adds an extra dose of wanderlust to an already tempting day out.
Don't just walk past the Singapore Airlines Experience Zone. Stop in, get involved and try your luck - your next culinary adventure could take you much further than Queens Wharf.
More than just a food festival
While food is obviously the star of the show, Eatropolis is being billed as a broader celebration of food, culture and lifestyle.
Expect culinary experiences, cultural moments, interactive activations and plenty of opportunities to meet the people behind the food.

Because the best part of Auckland’s food scene isn’t just what lands on the plate. It’s the stories, cultures, traditions and personalities behind it.
Eatropolis is supported by Auckland Council Events, alongside sponsors Nespresso, Singapore Airlines, Jarritos, and Tokyo Liquor.
